Located in a very serene slope nestled under 100-year-old pine trees. Just a minutes walk to Pemaquid Beach or a less than ten-minute walk to the center of New Harbor. It is just being completed in the Spring of 2004 and includes a post and beam construction with a cathedral ceiling in the living room. The large stone gas fireplace is the center of the living area, giving a real earthy woodsy feeling to this  cottage. Screened-in porch on the front with patio and firepit in the backyard. Conveniently located next to Evergreen Cottage which is also available to rent.
